EMERGENCY SUPPORT NETWORK
It is recommended that everyone, whether they practice LOVING-POLITICS or not, establish a small or large support network, one whose members can be quickly contacted by phone and/or email.
During a crisis we often assume that we are dealing well with our feelings, are seeking and locating accurate information and are evaluating it correctly, and are thinking clearly as we make our decisions, but the opposite often is the case. If we set aside time to think together and allow ourselves to feel exactly what we feel, even allow unconscious thoughts and emotions to surface, we can clear away many obstacles to clear thinking, obstacles of which we were initially unaware.
